Taylor DeBry

Taylor is the co-founder, partner and Principal Broker of Situs Retail Group. Taylor graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelor of Science degree in finance in 1994. He began his real state career that year, and for over 20 years has worked and ranked among the industries top performing retail agents. Throughout his career, Taylor has specialized on Tenant Representation, Investment Sales, the Acquisition and Disposition of properties, and development of properties primarily focused in the retail sector.

Taylor and his partners have handled site selection and represented national chains such IKEA, (bringing their only store to the Utah market), Kohl’s, Target, Rue 21, The Sports Authority, PetSmart, Payless Shoes, Wendy’s, Starbucks, Sonic Restaurants, Dollar Tree and Papa John’s Pizza just to name a few. His background and education in finance have assisted many developers, retailers and investors alike in their financial analysis of their retail properties.

Since the inception of Situs Retail in 2011, Taylor earned the account of Sportsman’s Warehouse, a national sporting goods chain, as their National Broker. Since that time Taylor and his team at Situs have assisted Sportsman’s Warehouse in adding 25 additional stores to the Sportsman’s Warehouse banner across the country. They continue to assist Sportsman’s in their analysis and expansion across the country in markets from Alaska to the Carolinas and all variations in between.

Taylor has based a very successful real estate career upon two fundamental beliefs. One, provide his clients the best service possible, and two, build long-term relationships with those clients whether they are Tenants, Landlords, or Investors. As the owner of Situs, Taylor has always encouraged and pushed the company to utilize the latest technology and the latest computer software for mapping, printing, competition analysis, and demographic modeling to assist with his two fundamental beliefs.
