Taylor has based a very successful real estate career upon two fundamental beliefs. One, provide his clients the best service possible, and two, build long-term relationships with those clients whether they are Tenants, Landlords, or Investors. As the owner of Situs, Taylor has always encouraged and pushed the company to utilize the latest technology and the latest computer software for mapping, printing, competition analysis, and demographic modeling to assist with his two fundamental beliefs.
Taylor’s clients have learned not only to trust the information he provides them, but also to rely on his ability to represent their best interests.
“To provide the best service, it’s important to truly listen to your clients, understand their specific requirements, and provide them with the tools they need to accomplish their goals and fulfill their needs. In todays every changing environment and constant change in technology, we need to adapt and continue to provide our clients with the most accurate and best information possible. Accurate and timely information is the key to a client’s ability to make prudent decisions,” he says.
